Speaking of Katie, did you know that she has a birthday this month? No? Well, she is celebrating in a spectacular way! Greedz has a new kit Veralyn that I told you about in my last post. But I've now had a chance to work with it and it is beautiful! This LO I did using 2 freebie brag book pages that one of her CTs did and her kit. It was my goal to see if I could use the brag book pages in a LO and have it look ok. It isn't the very best LO I've done, but I think it's pretty good!


August QP Olympics are up at Sunshine Studios! We have the awesome Franziska spotlighted with her kit Bohemian Rock Candy! This kit is so awesome!! I haven't had a chance to make my page yet, but you can believe I'll show it off once I do! Make sure you go get Bohemian Rock Candy (see thread for details on getting it 20% off!) and then go here to get all the QP Olympics details!


What else is new? Well, DST celebrated a birthday and I participated in a bingo event and won! What did I win? I won ACDSee Photo Editor 2008!! I have been using PS7 and the one thing that would tick me off was that I could not do text on a path. PE2008 does that and it's SUPER easy!! While I'm not going to get rid of PS7 completely, I am sooooo excited about my new program and have been doing scrapping in it. Here is the first page I've done (uses Katie Mann's Melissa kit):
